Un ferry qui transportant 862 personnes avait sombré samedi dernier dans le centre des Philippines ayant été emporté dans le typhon meurtrier « Fengshen ». Une quarantaine de personnes avaient survécues et s’en étaient tirées sans trop de séquelles.
Hier, des plongeurs ont réussi à rentrer dans la coque du ferry, qui gît sous l’eau depuis son naufrage, dans l’espoir de retrouver des éventuels survivants du drame mais ils ont fait une macabre découverte en retrouvant de nombreux corps qui avaient été pris au piège à l’intérieur du bateau. Les plongeurs n’ont pas encore pu tirer les corps hors du ferry car la mer est particulièrement déchaînée depuis samedi.
Ils n’ont pour l’instant retrouvé aucun survivant dans la coque du ferry, et l’espoir d’en retrouver se réduit de jour en jour.
